Brent J. Walter

Mr. Walter is a lawyer with ProVenture Law LLP, based in Calgary, Alberta. He practises primarily in the areas of securities and corporate/commercial law. He currently is a director and officer of a number of public and private corporations, including Anglo Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V). He received his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990. He is a member of the law societies of Alberta and Saskatchewan (inactive), as well as the Canadian Bar Association.
